What was once a girl with dreams now has wings to fly — and can teach others how.

The video will appear here as soon as the final cut is uploaded to YouTube with captions.

About us

We are a foundation of women committed to sisterhood, solidarity and empowerment. We were founded in Bogotá in 2026 by five women from one family — an economist, a social worker, an accountant, an artist and a sociologist — who brought together their professional experience and their will to serve.

We work through socio-cultural, environmental and economic accompaniment alongside women of all ages, ethnicities and identities. Our approach is pedagogical and multidimensional: it links socio-cultural development with environmental and economic sustainability.

Our first project was made possible by a contribution from one of our founders. Since then, the mission has been sustained by other Alas who support our flight.

Goals we have set for ourselves, not results achieved

Our path 2026–2030

We are just beginning. This is the path we have set for ourselves, and we will report on it openly, year by year.

  1. 2026

Accompany 20 women in their academic, solidarity and gender education, documenting the process.

  2. 2027

Launch a project where 50 women build their own educational and economic wings.

  3. 2028

100 women developing their own educational and socio-economic projects.

  4. 2029

Reach sustainability for a socio-environmental and educational project serving 200 women.

  5. 2030

Mark five years with visible results before partner institutions, organizations and companies.
