We are a foundation of women committed to sisterhood, solidarity and empowerment. We were founded in Bogotá in 2026 by five women from one family — an economist, a social worker, an accountant, an artist and a sociologist — who brought together their professional experience and their will to serve.
We work through socio-cultural, environmental and economic accompaniment alongside women of all ages, ethnicities and identities. Our approach is pedagogical and multidimensional: it links socio-cultural development with environmental and economic sustainability.
Our first project was made possible by a contribution from one of our founders. Since then, the mission has been sustained by other Alas who support our flight.
We fly sustainably through seven areas of work. Each one accompanies a different community, with its own projects, timelines and ways to take part.
